CURRENT CASE STATUS – Current as December 2009

The claim evaluation process is nearing completion. If you have not previously received any correspondence from the claims administrator regarding the status of your claim please email the administrator at settlementadministrator@timingbeltsettlement.com or call 1-877-465-4899.

Payments to qualified Class Members began mailing in February 2009 and continue to be paid approximately every 6- 8 weeks. The next distribution is scheduled for after the first of the year.

Class Members who responded to a cure/denial letter but were unable to cure the deficiency may have an opportunity to participate in mediation and/or arbitration. If you are eligible for mediation or arbitration, you will notified by mail. Counsel are working with the claims administrator to finalize the details of the mediation and arbitration process and more information will be forthcoming.
