Welcome to the Information Website for (Last updated on May 4, 2009) CURRENT CASE STATUS - UPDATED ON MAY 4, 2009 On December 15, 2008 the Court granted Final Approval of the Settlement. Payments to qualified Class Members who have a valid and timely claim began mailing in February 2009. Valid Claims will continue to be paid every 6- 8 weeks, and the next distribution is scheduled for the end of May, 2009. Claims are in the process of being reviewed and validated. If your claim is determined to be denied in whole or in part and/or if your claim is deemed incomplete, you will be notified in writing of your “Disputed Claim”. Letters for “Disputed Claims” began mailing in February 2009, and will continue to be mailed over the next few months. We are currently reviewing and validating the supplemental information received in response to these letters and are reviewing claims as quickly as possible.
